Use of steel as load bearing skeleton structure in high-rise buildings has changed the way tall multistoried buildings are built around the world. Steel by virtue has high strength to weight ratio allows light weight construction having large spans. Lighter building weight reduces the cost of foundation. Speed of construction of steel buildings in comparison to RCC buildings reduces initial cost of construction and renders faster return of investment. Smaller member sizes and larger spans between columns offer more floor space in steel buildings.
Recent advancements in PEB sector have contradicted the popular perception of PEB as a low-rise product. By adopting PEB concepts in high-rise buildings, all members can be fabricated to exact sizes and specifications using high tech machinery and manufacturing methods at our factory. Fabricating the steel members in a factory controlled environment further reduces time required for completion of project and enhances quality.
PEB are steel buildings which are custom built to customer’s requirements in strict accordance with the building codes. These buildings consists of built-up members, secondary members, buyouts and accessories, which are designed in-house by our experienced design teams and fabricated at our state of the art manufacturing facility located at Bangalore, Karnataka.
Pre engineered buildings are designed to be up to 30% lighter in weight in comparison to conventional structural steel buildings and high in strength. These buildings offer higher design versatility, flexibility, adaptability and value addition. Since the components are fabricated at the factory in a controlled environment, they are of superior quality and better durability.
Pre engineered buildings are ideal for non-residential and wide span rise buildings with a wide variety of application. PEB’s are cost effective and can be fabricated and erected in as less as 8 to 10 weeks making PEB the most desired option.
