All the shipping prices are mentioned in pebtrade.com. If additional shipping charges are to be levied by the Supplier/Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer which requires additional heavy transportation services which are solely based on the size of the order, the same will be informed prior to shipment.
Pebtrade.com shall ensure the timely delivery of the order placed on the marketplace, however does not guarantee the exact/timely delivery of the products purchased. Since, products are directly shipped from the Supplier/Manufacturer/Authorised Dealer and pebtrade does not hold any control or responsibility on shipping.
Customer is solely responsible for paying the additional shipping costs if any.
The ownership, title or risk of loss of the products may pass on to you upon delivery of the ordered materials / products by the vendors / logistics providers / manufacturer
Your shipment may contain the documents:
Copy of the Order invoice (Original copy can be downloaded from your account profile and copy would be sent to your email id)
User manual if any provided by the manufacturer.
Material Test Certificates, if any provided by the manufacturer.
Installation Manuals, if any provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty Cards, if any provided by the manufacturer.
You can track the order status online on pebtrade.com, provided that the shipment/logistics providers has the ability to provide the same information. You may contact info@pebtrade.com or call us to know the status of your order.
For any reasons, you would want to postpone the shipment date, pebtrade has the right to retain the cost of handling and storage cost during this time to the hold the material / products at the pebtrade warehouses locations / logistics partners / Seller end.
pebtrade reserves the right to withhold / cancel the order without delivery without giving any reason, retaining the difference between the invoice price and current price as well as all storage, handling and shipping charges, and taxes applicable on all of the above.
You will be responsible to give an safe environment, legal address and accessible pathway to deliver the shipment. Failing to provide such, shipping charges will be charged with other taxes if any.
Quantities & Quality has to be checked on the time of delivery, Any missing quantities it has to be brought to the notice of pebtrade before the shipping vehicle leaves the customer site.
Orders once processed and the material has be shipped by the manufacturer, cannot be returned for clarifications the customer can reach us on info@pebtrade.com
Returns Are Accepted If :
Materials delivered have size/dimension mismatch in comparison to the ordered materials/products.
Wrong materials/products were sent or Defective items/malfunctioning materials/products are received.
Material/products has to be checked on the time of delivery, Any missing quantity or defective It has to be brought to the notice of support@pebtrade.com before the shipping vehicle leaves the customer site.
In case, the seller does not have the replacement product, he can provide the refund to the buyer and buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement.
Replacements will be done with in 10 days from the day of receipt of goods by the vendor and depends on the availability of materials.
We will schedule the process of pickup on acceptance of your request for returns from our vendors.
Returns Are Not Accepted If :
Material / Product is used or tampered.
Not notified immediate on receipt of delivery to info@pebtrade.com
No other materials / items will be exchanged for different materials/items
Partial returns / leftovers are not accepted.

All materials / products made available to you through pebtrade.com are provided "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantee / warranties from pebtrade.com unless explicitly given in writing to you.
Pebtrade.com is not liable for any direct , indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any non performance of the materials / products.
In case, material / products fails to perform as claimed / mentioned by the manufacturer / vendors specification, the buyer will test the materials with the third party agency, produce the test results to the vendor / manufacturer directly for such claims. All cost and effort for such testing purposes will be borne by the buyer.
